Karol's Birthday - January27 2015

Our kids, Peter, Laura and Chris, came to visit and spend time here for Karol’s birthday.  Since they arrived, we have done a whirlwind on activities – skiing, tubing, snow mobiling, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, making snow angels  – you name it, we done it!

January 2015 - Park City Utah

Well, after a very nice Thanksgiving and Christmas at home, we are on the road again.  We left Virginia on Sunday January 11, headed for Oak Ridge TN to visit our longtime friends Dave and Cassie Yates.  They were our sponsors in the Philippines in the early 70s.  After a great two day visit, we got our motor runnin’ and headed out on the highway, playing Steppenwolf all the way. Below is a selfie Karol took out the window as we rolled through Kansas.

 

After only 2404 miles, we arrived in Park City.  Here is where we are staying for the next two months.
